PRODUCTION TIME:  Normal production time is 7-10 working days.  Production time begins upon receipt of a signed contract along with approved camera ready artwork.

RUSH SERVICE:  Rush service is available.  We have suppliers that offer a 24 hour, 3 day and 5 day turn around time.  Let your us know what your required in hands date and they will find an item to meet your required date.
A rush charge may apply.

LESS THEN MINIMUM:  In most cases you can purchase 1/2 of the lowest quantity shown.  A less then minimum charge will apply.

SHIPPING:  Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground.  Split shipments are charged $ 8.00 per address.

NEW ACCOUNTS:  A deposit of 50% of the total contract price may be required for a new customer.  New accounts can establish terms once a completed credit application has been submitted.

IMPRINTING:  Prices include imprinting one-color, one location unless otherwise noted.  A one time screen charge or set up charge my apply.

ARTWORK:  We have two artists on staff who will be glad to prepare scaled camera ready artwork for your order.  A charge of $ 15.00 per half hour will appear on the final customer invoice.  If the customer elects to provide artwork, you must check with us for artwork specifications.
